About the Event

A cause which means a lot to our studio as Jackie Spurgeon, who some of you may know as @mothermooncrystals, last year was diagnosed with a Grade IV Glioblastoma Brain Tumour.

She is the most inspiring, strong & beautiful woman and she is mother to the equally as beautiful Hannah who you know as @goodvibrationswellbeing

We encourage you to support this cause & join us this February to help the 88,000 people in the UK living with brain tumours.

Hannah & Myself would love to invite you to complete 88 Sun Salutations! We will start at 9am & continue until we are finished. One Sun Salutation is approximately 3 minutes long;

3x 88= 264

264 Minutes =4 hours 4 Minutes!!

Join Us & Roll Out Your Mat..

Support Us From The Side & Help Keep Count!

Come & Go as you please it will be an Open Door Kinda Day...

We will also have a beautiful display of all of Jackies gorgeous jewelery for you to buy & a Raffle!

All money raised supporting us with our 88 Sun Salutation Challenge & Jewellery purchases etc will go to The Brain Tumour Charity.

A message from Hannah: "My grandad Peter who was 31 in 1970 and my auntie Debbie in 2018 when she was just 58 years old both lost their lives to Brain Tumours. My mum’s dad & sister 💛  As mum goes through her treatment it is clear that there is very little that can be done. We need to look into the future and desperately need your help to raise awareness and support in funding research for treatments and cures

My husband Ali & my dad Adam are doing Run 88km in February for the 88,000 people in the UK living with brain tumours.  I’m not so amazing at running… However, I am pretty good at yoga. So my contribution will be to complete 88 Sun Salutations.

Surya Namaskar (better known as Sun Salutation) is a sequence of flowing yoga poses & in Sanskrit means “to bow to” or “to adore.” I bow to my mum’s bravery & I adore her. I bow to your overwhelming support too. I want to welcome each new day with love, light, blessings and bring awareness into the world."  Together we will beat brain tumours sooner. The Brain Tumour Charity and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Treatments haven’t changed in 40 years and research into Brain Tumours is woefully underfunded. Just 3% of the money spent each year on cancer research in the UK is spent on brain tumours.  On the day you can show your support by donating via cash buckets or you can head straight to the following link to donate prior:

There will be tea & refreshments available on the day too, if your good at baking bring a few cakes to sell, donate to our raffle, there are many ways you can contribute to this cause!!
