Inversions can be a scary prospect, some of those shapes don’t even make sense unless you’re an Olympic gymnast right? Not so much...
When the shapes get broken down, applied to your body, with a sprinkle of drilling and a lot of repetition – they can be yours!
Learning inversions won’t make us ‘more yoga’. What it will do is give us a deeper understanding of our bodies, our strengths, our fears.
All of this helps us get to know ourselves better, which means we can take better care of ourselves, which helps us feel good!
