Making Shapes: Aerial Workshop

Are you an existing Aerial Yoga student who’s just itching to take your learning to the next level? – Well this workshop is for you!

Delving deeper into the world of "Insta Worthy" shapes, this workshop will see you exploring slightly more complex poses and transitions. 

Unlike one of our traditional Aerial Yoga classes (which more focused on the yoga side), we will start with a full body warm up to ensure we are physically ready then dive straight into a variety of moves that will see you engaging a broader range of strength and flexibility, during this time you will no doubt be in fits of giggles and dying to get the camera out!

We will end the session with a cool down to bring our heart rate back to a normal pace and reduce the impact of those dreaded next day aches.
