An opportunity for anyone wanting to:

Here’s the “Open House” schedule, all classes are FREE! - 9-9:45am Barre - 10:15-11:15am: Yoga For All - 11:45am-12:45pm: Aerial Yoga - 1:15-2:15pm: Hot Yoga - 2:45-3:45: Hot Yoga
