Witch Wound: Healing Sister Circle

The ‘Witch Wound’ is an  ingrained, multi generational wound that we carry deep within our psyche and ancestral line. Back in the 1500's during the ‘Burning Times’ thousands of women (and men) across Europe were persecuted for their ability to heal, to trust their intuition and to use their knowledge of natural medicine. They were the midwives, the herbalists, the healers and the independent outspoken women. Some women were persecuted and some forced to turn against each other in order to save themselves…that wound runs deep.

Perhaps the Witch Wound feels particularly poignant for us here in Lancashire and the North West, when we consider our geography next to Pendle Hill and Lancaster Castle.

This circle is not about witchcraft, it is about bringing women together to find their voice, to stand in their power and to fully own their truest expression of themselves. This circle is for those who perhaps feel that they are different, those who don’t always fit in, the rebels in the family, the women who find it hard to voice their opinion, the secret healers, and the women who sometimes struggle to trust other women. Everyone is welcome.

Join me as we approach Samhain/Halloween to gather together in circle to meditate, breathe, journal, move, talk if we want to, listen and hold each other energetically.
