About the Event

This 2 hour workshop is perfect if you suffer with Chronic Pain, Stress or Anxiety & you want to explore the world of Yoga.

It will provide you with a chance to explore ways to move in a supportive way, encourage you to be curious and playful, and hopefully, feel a bit better!

You will spend time exploring nourishing movements for the joints, awakening the spine, hips and shoulders, and understanding habit formed stress and stiffness in the body. 

Lucy has a gentle approach to teaching and loves to explore Yoga postures in a way that’s accessible for everybody, regardless of age, fitness level and physical ability.

Her teachings have evolved her to work on a therapeutic level. She has become increasingly involved & has developed a love helping those with chronic pain conditions and stress and anxiety related issues:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Back pain and injury
  • Chronic pain
  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Blood Pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Menopause
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Rehab post surgery

Please find it reassuring that you don't need to be flexible or have any prior knowledge or experience of Yoga and you certainly don’t need to touch your toes.
