Yoga In The Park: July

Sunshine, Blue Skies & Yoga... We hope!

This Summer we are taking Yoga outside, join us & roll out your mat on the bowling green on the Castle Grounds. 

We did this once before & it was so lovely, so we are excited to bring it back again. 

Meet us on the bowling green with your mat, some sunnies & anything you need for your practice. Flow through a gentle flow suitable for everyone & soak up that sunday summer vibe.
