I started going to Vanessa’s classes before the first lockdown and being a complete beginner I had no idea what to expect. Vanessa has made me feel completely at ease throughout my learnings, helping when needed with any transition/move. I look forward to the Thursday classes !
Vanessa focuses as much on mental health as physical health, gives opportunities for calm and relaxation, but there's fun and laughter too. Her studio is stunning, full of love and encouragement. Vanessa reminds us to focus on ourselves, be mindful of the different lives we all live and the variety we have in our bodies capabilities
My practice has significantly improved over the past few months and this is down to Vanessa's encouragement to try something different and giving you the confidence to push yourself to go that little bit further than you think you're capable of. I look forward every week to my classes and not only do I feel amazing afterwards, I also feel like I've really achieved something
