Experience the weightlessness and support of the Aerial Yoga Hammock while sound resonates around your whole body whilst guided through a short restorative aerial yoga practice you'll then end by being cocooned by the comfort of the fabric while Hannah plays a wide range of healing sound & angelic songs to sooth your body, mind and soul.

This event will be open to ALL so don't worry if you've never done Aerial Yoga before or haven't been to a sound bath, this will be a wonderful and new way to experience both amazing practices.
