July "Venture & Vitality" Retreat: Lake Coniston

Join us this Summer in our beautiful historic period property nestled within the hills on the Eastern shores of Coniston Water in the Lake District.

This 3 night retreat will include daily varied Yoga Practices, delicious catered food & free time for you to make this retreat experience truly your own.

My one true goal is for you to have fun, feel alive & discover your vitality!

• Your space on the Retreat is confirmed only upon confirmation of receipt of the payment of the deposit.
• The Initial Deposit is non-refundable
• The Full Balance is to be paid in full by 17th May 2024;
• For bookings made within 8 weeks of the Retreat the Booking Cost must be paid in full to confirm the booking.
• If you cancel the booking prior to 8 weeks to the Retreat start date, then you will receive a refund of any amount paid so far except the initial deposit, this is non refundable, stated above.
• If you cancel the booking after 8 weeks prior to the start date any amount paid will not be refunded & we may ask for the full amount to be paid.
• If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Vanessa Flow Yoga receives it.
• You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your payment, and more details about the retreat will shortly follow.
