Turning up the heat and holding postures for longer allows you to really pay attention to the physical space you can create and deepen your will power & self control.
It really is a joyous and fun practice that's well worth a try - you'll step back into the world feeling alive & incredibly proud of yourself!
It's no wonder most people are hooked after a couple of sweaty sessions - we'd love you to come along and find out for yourself, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi.
38C
We've invested in state-of-the-art heaters to transform our space into a hot studio for selected weekly classes (don't worry, we still offer our usual, 'ambient' classes too).
Our heat comes from infared panels. Did you know infrared heat is up to 50% more energy efficient than conventional heating? That's super important to us, so we did our homework!
The heat is zoned, so it's more intense in the centre of the room, underneath the panels. This means you can choose the intensity of heat you want for your practice by positioning yourself closer or further away from the heaters.
The heat goes to a maximum of 38 degrees celsius.
Plus, the temperature is controlled by a thermostat so we can adapt it throughout the class depending on the energy, vibe, and weather outside!
Are you tempted to give hot yoga a whirl?
Go on, you've got this!
If not, we still offer a wide range of non heated classes. In fact, we encourage you to mix up your practice and attend a variety of sessions to get the most out of your membership!
Choose from feelgood vinyasa yoga, pregnancy yoga, aerial yoga, relaxing yin yoga, core-strengthening pilates, energising barre, and more - there's a class to suit everyone on our packed and varied schedule.
