About the Role:

As our Studio Assistant, you'll be the heart of our studio – the warm and friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors. You'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, and providing essential support to both our wonderful students and our valued yoga teachers. This isn't just a transactional role; it's about building connections and contributing to a space where everyone feels at home.

What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!):

• Creating a Welcoming Vibe: You'll be the first point of contact, making sure every student feels seen and appreciated from the moment they arrive. This includes preparing the studio so it's a bright and inviting space.

• Supporting Our Teachers: You'll be a key support for our yoga teachers, helping them with immediate needs and ensuring they have all the information they need about their classes and students.

• Connecting with Our Students: You'll assist students with their inquiries about classes, workshops, and memberships, helping them find their perfect path to well-being. You'll get to know our regular students and give special welcomes to first-time visitors or those celebrating milestones.

• Keeping Things Flowing Smoothly: From ensuring our refreshment fridge is stocked to keeping our reception area tidy, your attention to detail will ensure a seamless experience for everyone.

• Being a Team Player: You'll communicate important information to instructors and the studio manager , contributing to a positive and supportive environment for both students and staff. You'll be part of a collaborative team, assisting teaching staff.

 

What We're Looking For:

• A Friendly Face & Great Communicator: You love interacting with people and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proactive & Organized: You're a doer who can anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly.

• Detail-Oriented: You appreciate the little things that make a big difference in creating a welcoming space.

• Reliable & Punctual: Being ready to support our teachers before class is important to you.

• Basic Computer Skills: You're comfortable with basic computer tasks.

• A Genuine Interest in Yoga & Well-being: This is a huge plus, as you'll be immersed in a world you care about!

• Confident on the Phone: You're comfortable handling general communications.
