What can I expect on my first visit to Vanessa Flow Yoga Studio?
A big smile & a friendly welcome! You'll soon discover that we are an extremely kind, varied but incredibly "normal" bunch of souls & we all have a desire to find freedom and feel happier. Having said that, we know that your first trip can be a little daunting, but we'll do our best to make you feel at home. Give yourself plenty of time to get here (you'll get directions on your first confirmation email) when you get to the studio introduce yourself to the teacher at reception who will sign you in to your class as well as introduce you to the studio. We can't wait to meet you!

Do I need to bring any equipment with me to class?
At Vanessa Flow Yoga Studio all yoga mats are £1 to rent per visit and all other yoga equipment is provided for you unless specified.
However, if you would feel more comfortable with your own mat then please do bring them with you to studio.
We do advise if you practice regularly to invest in your own mat & equipment.

What is your class cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel a class. This is no problem at all but all we ask for is 2 HOURS minimum notice period should you need to do this.
You can cancel an upcoming class via our "Momence" app.
6
Do you have on site parking?
We do have some parking available which is just located outside of the studio building, we do ask that you are very mindful of other businesses during their open hours. Otherwise you can find lots of parking on the nearbye roads.
7
I'm completely new to yoga, what classes do you advise?
We welcome beginners in all of our classes & without knowing you personally it's difficult to recommend the 'perfect" class for you but we've marked our more "Beginner Friendly" classes with a yellow diamond on our timetable. We always advise you to dive right in with our "Intro Pass" & discover which class suits you best. Read our blog to learn more about your options.
