In the studio
The teamYoga should feel like somewhere you belong.
Yoga isn't about being the most flexible person in the room or trying to keep up with everyone else. It's about showing up exactly as you are, whether it's your first class or your five hundredth.
Before opening Vanessa Flow, Vanessa spent ten years in the dance industry. After years of pressure to perform and look perfect, discovering yoga was a breath of fresh air. It was challenging, rewarding and, most importantly, free from comparison.
That experience shaped everything the studio is today. A welcoming space where people feel comfortable from their very first class, led by a team of teachers who all share the same belief: yoga should be kind, approachable and for everybody.
Vanessa · Founder
A space designed to help you switch off.
Our welcoming studio sits above The Beauty Boutique in the heart of the Ribble Valley. It's home to hot yoga, Pilates, Barre, gentle yoga, restorative classes and more, all in one calming space.
The room is heated differently depending on the class, from infrared-heated hot yoga to warm and unheated sessions, giving you the freedom to choose what feels right for you.
Forgot your mat? You can hire one at the studio. Just bring yourself.

The team
The studio was built on four simple ideas.
Yoga should never feel intimidating
Everybody deserves to feel welcome
Movement should fit your life
Community matters as much as the class
Teachers you'll look forward to seeing.
Every teacher brings their own style, but they all share the same approach: warm, encouraging and committed to helping you feel comfortable from your very first class.

PilatesI grew up in the Ribble Valley and have a background in dance, where I discovered Pilates and experienced its benefits both physically and mentally. That journey shapes the way I teach today, with a strong focus on control, quality of movement and attention to detail. My classes focus on building core strength and connecting breath with movement. I combine classical and contemporary Pilates to create sessions that are effective, well-balanced and practical for everyday life. Classes are friendly and welcoming with clear guidance throughout. I always offer modifications and progressions so everyone feels supported and appropriately challenged. I enjoy using equipment to add variety and keep classes interesting, and I aim to help people build strength, consistency and confidence in their practice.

Hot SculptSarah
Hot SculptI've been passionate about sport and movement since my school days, with a background in coaching gymnastics and athletics. Over the years, that passion has evolved into working with adults, coaching in the gym and leading group fitness classes. Movement has always been a big part of my life, and I see it as a true gift, an opportunity to boost our mood, feel strong, and enjoy what our bodies can do. I'm thrilled to bring my upbeat energy to the studio with Hot Sculpt, a fun, full-body workout that's challenging yet accessible for all levels. Let's move, sweat and feel amazing together.
