Meet Your Retreat Host...

Hello! I'm Vanessa, founder of Vanessa Flow Yoga Studio in Lancashire's Ribble Valley, and passionate creator of your next yoga holiday!

I'm a yoga teacher with a knack for making everyone feel welcome, involved, and empowered in their practice and surroundings. Yoga and breath-work changed my life, and I'm here to do the same for you!

Most of your retreat classes will be hosted by me, so I'll get to know you and your body really well so I can support you to get the most from your experience.

I'm right there with you to really immerse myself in retreat life alongside you, creating memories you'll think about forever and leaving as firm friends!

I launched our first retreat in Wales in 2022 in a wonderful location by the sea, and it was such a hit we now run retreats in the United Kingdom twice a year, in spectacular natural locations like the Lake District, Wales, Yorkshire, and more international ones on the way!

If you're looking for a weekend getaway with a difference, whether you're travelling from near or far, you've found it!

Going on a yoga retreat is the perfect antidote to the demands and drudgery of daily life. By immersing yourself in yoga and everything it has to offer, you'll find a new sense of calm and purpose, make new friends, deepen your practice, and feel truly relaxed and refreshed.


Our retreats cater to all levels and everyone is welcome! We see trying a plant based, vegan diet as a new experience but we're not against you bringing your fave snacks or beverages (yes yogis drink wine) 

Our venues are always accessible, modern, and clean, and carefully selected to blend with the season and the theme of our retreat, with home comforts & comfortable beds so you can enjoy a touch of luxury on your stay.


Do I have to be experienced in practising yoga?

Nope! All of our retreats are designed to nurture everyone, from complete beginners to advanced yogis!

Every daily yoga practice is suitable for all, with a nice blend of yin (relaxing, restorative yoga) and yang (energising) yoga styles.

It's a welcome space where you build confidence, try new things, deeply connect to your mind and body and leave feeling renewed and ready for anything. 

Think beautiful music, spectacular outside spaces, and little touches that make every session feel like it was made just for you. 

It's like a spa weekend for your mind! 

Let's talk food!

One of our retreaters' favourite things is the food!

All food is lovingly created by a talented chef who joins us for the entire retreat and keeps us nourished and energised.

We go fully plant-based on retreat as we feel this is a special part of the experience, and people are always amazed how good the food is!

Most of us want to eat more wholesome, vegan and vegetarian food but life takes over and we don't always have the time or means to be able to cook like that every day.

So, that in itself is a wonderful experience.
