About the Event

Vanessa, Lissa & Hannah invite you to Wellness Wednesday - an online offering to cultivate feelings of gratitude & harmony from the warmth of your own home. Take time to relax and restore by entwining the mind, body & soul in this morning of meditation and movement.

The retreat, starting at 10am, will encompass a mindful meditation with Journey48, gentle yoga with Vanessa Flow and a dreamy Sound Bath with Good Vibrations Ribble Valley - filling your humble abode with love, light and positivity.

All you will need to get the most out of Wellness Wednesday is…

  • A calm and relaxing space where you can fully unfold
  • A yoga mat/ banket
  • Snuggly blankets and cosy pillows
  • Candles, incenses, crystals (make this morning a haven by taking time for you)
  • Earphones / headphones or a mini speaker are advised to get the most out of the Sound Bath
  • Computer/ Phone & Zoom

A cup of something warm & an Introduction to your Retreat!

10:15am Morning Meditation with Lissa

"A guided 20-minute meditation practice will be a great way to start the morning settling into the present moment.

The meditation is perfect for both a beginner and a regular meditator. Lissa will gently guide you through a practice to cultivate gratitude and compassion for yourself and to others.

Meditation has so many benefits and in recent years this has been backed by scientific evidence, showing that when we meditate we are nourishing our minds and bodies on so many levels, letting go of thoughts that don’t serve us and allowing space for more positive ones.

10:45am Break

Pop the kettle on, nip to the loo & grab your yoga mat!

11:00 Gentle Yoga with Vanessa

"A gentle heart opening practice, which will be suitable for complete beginners to advanced yogis. If you havent got a yoga mat dont worry a banket will do! We will work to open the chest & upper back to release any aches & pains, leaving you feeling relaxed & free on tension" 

11:45 Dreamy Sound Bath with Hannah

"A dreamy, relaxing and centring 30 minute Sound Bath. Lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply, let go of what no longer serves you and soak in the rich & resonant vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, the Celtic Harp, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, the Wind Gong and softly sung Mantras. 🧘🏽‍♀️

This Sound Bath will focus on the Heart Chakra and take inspiration from the element of Earth - connect to your centre of serenity & compassion and grow a deeper connection with your body & home.  Sound Healing has an abundance of benefits - it clears the mind, creates deep relaxation, helps the body release stress & tension and even aids better sleep"
