When was the last time you did something to look after YOU? Sometimes, we have to step outside our daily lives and do something new to see how invigorating, restorative, and nourishing it can be for our body and soul.

What is a yoga retreat?

A yoga retreat is your chance to escape from the demands of your everyday life and connect with nature, yourself, and others.


Yoga retreats usually take place in beautiful natural surroundings and allow you to explore your yoga practice with likeminded people, focusing on yourself and your wellbeing.


It’s not just about yoga. It’s a chance to take stock, reflect, and create the space to make meaningful changes that improve every part of your life.

What will it involve?

Every day includes two yoga classes which are designed to suit everyone, from total beginners to lifetime yogis. There’s a lovely balance between different yoga styles, incorporating some energising flows with some nourishing, restorative sessions.


We love to incorporate brand new experiences whilst on retreat so you'll have a workshop to look forward to too; help deepen your knowledge, discover something new & have lots of fun in the process.


You'll feast on delicious vegan food, it’s a chance to get away from your normal life and get back to yourself over plenty of cups of tea, compassionate conversation, and a lot of laughter and joy.


We have shared or single occupancy rooms available in various sizes to suit everyone. If you’re coming with a friend, you can share with them. Or, if you’re coming alone, we’ll match you with a likeminded soul you’re bound to hit it off with.


Some of our modern & luxurious venues have hot tubs, saunas, cinema, and lots of activities on offer, it's YOUR retreat so everything is optional and you’re free to do things your way.


However you spend your retreat, you’ll always leave feeling refreshed and ready for life at home.

Who is a yoga retreat for?

A yoga retreat is a perfect tonic for you if you’re craving a long-overdue investment in yourself.


You don’t need to have done a lot of (or any!) yoga before - some people come to retreat without ever trying yoga, so whether you’re deepening your long-term practice or educating yourself and exploring it for the first time, this is your space to do just that.


It’s often challenging to create new habits and make positive changes when we’re stuck in the cycle of our busy lives.

Where and when is the next Vanessa Flow yoga retreat?

Our next yoga retreat is called Alive and Aglow, and that’s exactly how it will make you feel.


It’s taking place this summer in a beautiful, spacious house in Ty Gwyn, in Snowdonia National Park, Wales.


Overlooking the sea, we’ll spend four beautiful days and three nourishing nights unplugging and feeling alive. Here are the details you need:

  • 17th to 20th July 2023

  • 3 x nights accommodation

  • 3 x delicious vegan breakfasts and dinners plus refreshments

  • Daily yoga suitable for all abilities

  • Sound bath

  • Single and shared rooms available

  • Hot tub and sauna
